Cancellation Policy

Sessions are based on EST Time-US and Canada. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your session. Sessions not canceled before the required 24 hours will be forfeited. To ensure maximum benefit in reaching your goals successfully, we ask that you choose a time and a place where you can focus and concentrate on the discussion at hand. Sessions will be canceled if you're distracted, your environment is noisy or you're driving. By booking a session, you agree to receive SMS messages, phone calls, and voicemails on the phone number you provided. Data rates may apply.
